Zil-e-Huma Daughter of Noor Jehan Passed Away

Zil-e-Huma who was the daughter of world famous and renowned singer Noor Jehan has passed away today on Friday, 16th of May 2014.
She was 70 years old and was hospitalized as she was suffering from diabetes and kidney diseases. She was in coma for a few days.
She was born on 21st of February 1944 and was educated by the music teacher of her mother Ghulam Ali. She also sung few songs but not as much as her mother.
A few days ago when she was hospitalized, her leg was cut off due to diabetes and she couldn’t bear that and during the coma she passed away on Friday morning at the age of 70.

She was previously hospitalized in Karachi but her condition was not improving due to which she was shifted to Lahore. Doctors say that her condition was getting worse and worse with every passing day.
She was married to famous businessman Aqeel Butt at a very young age. She left behind 4 sons named Muhammad Ali Butt, Ahmad Ali Butt, Mustafa Ali Butt and Hamza Ali Butt.
Famous model and actress Sonya Jehan is the granddaughter of Noor Jehan and niece of Zil-e-Huma. Son of Zil-e-Huma Ahmad Ali Butt is also a singer.
