VHP (Vishwa Hindu Parishad) Activists Attacked Atif Aslam

Its Pakistani artists who have rocked India like never before, Pakistani singers have really done a tremendous job out there in India. Gathering fans from a country where there are many obstacles and resistances is very hard but our singers made their presence counted. Aman ki Asha and other activities like that don’t come forward when such cases comes to scene. Pakistan had never ever banned the entrance of any Indian celebrity in Pakistan. Whenever a star from India crosses border in enters Pakistan we Pakistanis take him/her as our guest and give him all due respect but in India there are many political parties who can’t bear the success and presence of Pakistani artists in India.

Its not the first time that Pakistani artist has been attacked. This time its Atif Aslam who was attacked by VHP activists. Thirteen activists attacked rock star Atif because they were against the concert that was held in Gujrat. The reason that they gave for attacking and protesting the concert of Atif Aslam was that Pakistan is banning Indian films to be released in Pakistan. Everybody knows that every month many Indian or Bollywood films are released in Pakistan and they get huge success over here. Its a lame excuse by VHP activists its just that they can’t bear huge fame of Atif Aslam in their country. They can’t bear that Atif Aslam is doing numerous concerts and their singers are sitting home. Some of other examples of such incidents are  Shakeel Siddiqui was attacked when left behind all the Indian comedians behind. Similarly Rahat rumors against Rahat Fateh Ali Khan were spread that he has married an Indian model. Paintings of Pakistani artists were damaged and many other examples of such incidents are available.
