Ukraine Historical Win Against Sweden 2-1

A full of entertainment and enthusiasm game this had been. The host of the tournament got a historical victory against Sweden.

Both the teams had chances in the first half but couldn’t capitalize on it. From the start of second half the game was on and both teams went hard for scoring goals. The first goal of the game was scored by Ibrahimovich Captain of Sweden with a cool finish in to back of the net in 52nd  minute.

Ukrainian came very strong as the Captain Shevchenko of Ukraine level the game with a brilliant header on a cross from just outside the D in 55th Minute. After scoring Ukraine gain confidence and started playing wonderful football and kept on knocking at the door during which the got a corner and in 62nd minute it was again the Ukraine captain Shevchenko to put the ball in the net with critical header scoring 2nd of the night.

After that both teams became eager for goals and match became more interesting. Sweden got 2 very big chances to score goals in last 5 minutes but couldn’t score at final whistle it was  Ukraine 2 and Sweden 1.
