The ride-hailing app, Uber, which got quite famous nationwide due to their affordable rates and the sense of security for the customers has finally launched their services in Islamabad and Rawalpindi. It will be pertinent to mention here that, before this launch, Uber was limited to the Karachi and Lahore.
“We are thrilled to announce uberGO is now available in Islamabad, connecting Pakistan’s twin cities to safe, reliable, and affordable rides,” reads a statement on Uber’s Blog.
It will be relevant to mention here that Uber which has exponentially grown up internationally since it was found back in 2009, faces some tough time from Careem in Pakistan.
To outsmart them, they often come up with the offers and news, their launch in Islamabad and Rawalpindi seems to be part of their business tactics for the moment.
