The return of “Ainak Wala Jin” on PTV

One of the best feast for the children of 90s in the present century is the come back of TV series “Ainak Wala jin”,the most popular concoction of fantasy and fiction.
This news is not easy to ignore because the spell casted by this series seems fresh in the minds of those people who were enjoying their childhood between 1993 and 1996.The everlasting character names, their roles and famous dialogues are being used in examples today.In the age of limited technology and unavailable scientific tools in Pakistan, the concepts of late writer Abdul Hameed fantasized the viewers specially the children by the hero Nastoor Jin.
Let me revise the main theme of the series.i.e. a genie named Nastoor got problem in his vision and the emperor of genies living in Caucasus Mountains sent him to the earth.After landing on earth, he met a boy who used to believe in super powers and miracles.The boy invited him to stay in his home ,thus Nastoor transformed himself into a human being and started living with a human family on earth.Here the story started and involved the viewers to enjoy all twists and turns come in the life of disguised Jin.His famous dialogue was, “ mere haath pe haath rakho- Zaibeeenaaa!”
Besides the positive role of Nastoor Jin,many negatives roles like Hamoon Jadugar, Bilbatorri and Zakoota Jin reached the peak of fame due to their funny dressing, roles and punch lines.

After 19 years, Hall no 3 of Bari studios has decided to restart Ainak Wala Jin with the latest improvements. The second part will be a continuation of the first one.The characters will remain the same in a contemporary setting.The producer Shehzad Qaiser shared that the episodes of return of Nastoor Jin will be fine blend of fanatsy and adventure with a dash of reality.“My goal is to take inspiration from our country’s heroes and fantasize their lives a lit.This will convey a special message to children with each episode.”He further told that the attractice sites of Azad Kashmir and other parts of the country captured in the new series will prove a treat for the viewers.
In order to remain unparalleled,Qaiser didn’t play any other role in any other drama or film.He considers himself lucky to come back with the same role from where he left the journey.Two characters are changed due to the age factor.i.e. the role of Jan Bagh will be played by Qaiser’s son and the role of King Shafoon will be played by seasoned actor Shafqat Cheema as the main villain.
The classic character Zakoota Jin feels proud in his comeback and he claimed that the children who like Harry Potter and other fantasy series will definitely appreciate the upcoming modern and scientific series.The directors and producer of the show have promised to add animations this time which were unavailable before due to the absence of computer graphics.So get ready to enjoy the most exciting episodes of “Nastoor Jin ki wapsi” on Eid ul Azha.
