Shehzad Roy New Program ”CHAL PARHA”

Shehzad Roy is the famous Pakistani singer who is known for a number of hits songs that he sung in the past. Now, he is going to be launching his unique show with the name “Chal Para” which will on air from 8 Feb, 2013 on Geo news. Few a days ago a first promo of this show launched in which Shahzad interviewing with the model and actress Iman Ali. He has also released the song video with titled as “Chal Para” for the promotion of this program whose music is given by the Shani & Kami. For this program Shahzad started his journey on his bike across the Pakistan for three months with his crew members who follow him in a coaster.

He first started his journey from Gilgit Baltistan and travelled through the Punjab and KP as well. He has visited some areas of Punjab and finds that basic infrastructure of education is lacking in the government schools and he also he finds that some low cost private schools are even worse than government schools. Through this show, Shahzad is going to remove the obstacles that are in our education system and he will visit 80 cities across the Pakistan with visiting almost 200 government schools. In each episode of this program, Shahzad will raise the issue regarding basic problems in the government schools like curriculum, textbooks, teachers, population and about corporal punishment as well.

Recently while talking to the website, Shahzad talked about this program and said that his aim through this program is to provide quality education to students who are living in any area or region of the Pakistan. He said that Federal and Provincial governments should pay their special attention for promoting education because it is not a big task and through sincerity this task can be achieved. He explains if the students remain with the present education system then they will not able to choose right and respective field for them because the current education system only depends upon the rote memorization. He also said that textbooks that are using students in the government schools are not offering them right help to define their hidden talent. So there is need to provide practical application of knowledge to the students because in this way they can find their hidden potentials.
