Saeed Ajmal’s Aim in T20 Cricket

I really liked a Facebook status of my friend as he wrote “Where was it decided during partition that India will get good batsmen and Pakistan will have great bowlers”. He actually wrote it right, history is evidence of the fact that Pakistan has always produced legendary bowlers and India have produced some extraordinary batsmen and its one of the reasons that India and Pakistan match is too awesome as it’s a match of great batsmen versus great bowlers.

The recent legendary bowler playing in Pakistan team is Saeed Ajmal. Saeed Ajmal is best off spinner of the world right now and all the batsmen of the world are afraid of his Doosra very much. It’s very seldom seen that Doosar of Saeed Ajmal has been caught. Ajaml really makes all batsmen run for their life. He has become most dangerous bowler of world. Right now Ajmal is the highest wicket taking bowler in T20 format with 83 wickets in only 61 matches. Right now Saeed Ajmal’s aim is to become first bowler of world to take 100 wickets in T20 format.

Right now his own team mates are very close to him as Umar Gul is second highest wicket taker in T20 format with 77 wickets and Boom Boom Shahid Khan Afridi is 3rd highest wicket taker with 75 wickets and 4th position is secured by Mendis with 66 wickets. So the competition is very tough. Its worth mentioning here that our Boom Boom Afridi has secured the record of becoming first bowler ever to take 50 wickets in T20 format.

People say that records are mend to be broken but I say some records can’t be broken just like the one Afridi holds of becoming first bowler to take 50 wickets in T20 cricket. For now we wish best of luck for Saeed ajmal for his goal.
