Remake of Maula Jutt by Bilal Lashari

The young director Bilal Lashari who made his effort in making music videos but then he make of Pakistan’s most popular blockbuster movie of Pakistan Waar is now going to bring his next project name which is remake of Lollywood’s Classic movie Maula Jatt.

Lashari told about this movie to Express Tribune,

“This will be my take on Gandasa films which are blamed for the death of Lollywood. I think the Gandasa genre was a missed opportunity for Pakistani cinema, and what better choice to utilise it then by paying homage to the cult classic Maula Jatt.”

The project new version of Muala Jutt is already in pre production process since last seven months according to the director. one thing make me surprise the remake of Maula Jatt is having a budget of millions of dollars. Furthermore, Bilal Lashari told that the film will be co-produced by an American production house.

Expressing his vision of the new project, Lashari said,

“My version of Maula Jatt will be a visual epic, with less dialogue and many captivating moments. It will be a dark but stylised take on Pakistan’s original film genre.”

Languge used in Movie Muala Jatt is again Punjabi Same as before used. This time Bilal Lashari is looking for fresh faces and actors from Pakistan as well as India. It will definitely be a tough project for Lashari but it will show what he can do for this film Industry.
