Staying away from home in the land of Allah for a period of a couple of days or weeks is a blessing in itself but at the same time, the pilgrims want to stay connected with their families. Gone are the days when the connectivity was a problem. In case of emergency, there was hardly any way to communicate with the loved ones back home. With the entry of mobile phones, it was really easy to send the message back home. Buying a SIM in a faraway land was a difficult thing in itself. The pilgrims found it expensive and confusing at times. The government of Saudia Arabia was thinking to improve communication for many years. The time has now come. The government of Saudi Arabia has finally decided to take the revolutionary step.

The government in a recent announcement stated that as soon as the pilgrims will land at the King Abdul-Aziz Airport they will be provided with the SIM cards and free internet. The government plans to distribute a total of one million SIM cards this year.

The purpose of extending this favor is none other than the facilitation. With the special hajj package of internet, the users can enjoy better communication with their families, friends and other acquaintances.

In order to resolve any problem arising in the network, the users can get maximum assistance. The services will be extended by the field staff that will be working all round the clock. In this way, they will be able to maintain smooth communication.

The announcement was made under the supervision of King Salman and Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia. In this way, the pilgrims can continue their pilgrimage without any problem.

This is no doubt a great step for the ease and convenience of the pilgrims.
