Meera Video Scandal Case Handed Over to FIA

Court had previously ordered police to register a case against Meera and Captain Naveed but none of them appeared in the court. The sex tape has been a major issue for Meera and she has been denying it from day one but it seems there is something fishy about the video that she and her husband Captain Naveed are not appearing in the court.

Police said that they cannot register a case against Meera and Naveed because it is a cyber-crime and only FIA has the jurisdiction of filing the case against the culprits.

Court has now ordered FIA to register a case against Naveed and Meera and to present a report regarding this issue.

Meera’s video has certainly earned disrepute to the whole Pakistani nation. Meera and Captain Naveed were summoned by the court on various occasions previously regarding this very issue but none of them appeared and both of them are currently in United States. Meera has extended her stay in United States and she is not willing to appear in court and face the case.

Meera has been the target of media for a very long time and media has been making fun of her English for quite long time. She was once caught saying that Allama Iqbal is the writer of the National Anthem of Pakistan. Involved in various other type of scandals, this has been the most unexpected scandal from her because even some of the most vulgar actresses like Veena Malik and Mathira did not release a sex tape till yet but Meera did it which of course is a shameless and condemnable act.
