HEC Degree Attestation Procedure at Facility and by Courier

Higher Education of Commission of Pakistan is the only authorized body in Pakistan that can attest and verify the degrees and certificates in Pakistan. There are two way for attesting any degree and certificate from the HEC and that it either by personal visit at the facility center of HEC or through courier service.

Whatever method you are going to choose about degree attestation, it is important to fill online application form and take the print of same and provide with other documents. Moreover, if you are sending someone else instead of you for degree attestation or sending through courier channel then also select the option while filing online application form. Below is the attestation procedure at facility and by courier.
HEC Degree Attestation Procedure at Facility Center
- After filling online application form that is available here go to the HEC fee counter (Window # 1) and pay the fee.
- After submitting the fee, proceed to HEC Computer Lab and submit the documents and photocopies for attestation.
- Time for getting token is 08:00 to 09:00 PM and document submission time is 08:00 AM to 11:00 AM (Monday to Friday).
- Documents of walk-in applicants will be returned on the same day after attestation. Daily 240 applications for attestation are entertained by the HEC. If you want to get documents at same day then approach early.
HEC Degree Attestation Procedure by Courier
Applicant can also get attest their certificates degrees via Leopard Courier Service (LCS) and OCS for local and FedEx for foreigners.
Again, those who wants to get attest their documents through courier service are required to select courier option while filling online application form. Applicant are also required to select from the authorized courtier service and provide documents to that courier service only that was selected while filing online application form.
Visit the OCS or LCS in case of local and FedEx in case of foreign applicants will printed application form, all original documents from matric to onward with a photocopy set and prescribed fee of HEC.
International students can also attest their documents and certificates through Gerry’s International Service as well. Detailed method for Gerry’s International is available here at the official website of HEC.
HEC fee paid to courier services as per the rates issued by the HEC while relevant courier service will also charge their service fee as per their own rates that are separate for self-collection at courier office and home delivery.
- In the case of documents send via approved courier services it will take 15 days for return.
- For courier through FedEx (foreign), it will take 20 days for attestation.
- D. attestation will be done within 09 days of application submission.
