Designer HSY Plans To Turn Movie Director

Hassan Sheheryar Yasin better known as HSY, after dominating the Pakistani Fashion Industry is all set to make his mark in the movie industry. Yasin who have ran successful shows all over the world including countries such as Dubai and United states, have shown interest in becoming a director in near future. Yasin have shown his interests in the PTV morning show hosted by Juggun Kazim. According to him, the script is taken care of and instead of a war based movie.

He will be a part of a musical dance flick.  HSY is best known for transforming simple Jane models into glamorous style divas with his ravishing collections. The Lux Style Fashion designer of 2005, who is a board member of La Chambre Syndicale De La Couture Parisenne of France, says he wants to be a part of the now improving Film Industry. Yasin is Graduated from Pakistan School of Fashion Design and pursued a successful designer`s career.

In 2000, Yasin introduced is fashion line under the name of HSY. At first Yasin only focused on formal and bridal wear. However with the success, Yasin also focused on other wardrobes. Yasin have succeeded in creating one of the most recognized fashion brands of Pakistan. Starting as an Fashion Choreographer in mid 1990`s, Yasin have been involved with many Fashion shows behind the curtain and came to prominence with the introduction of his brand.

The HSY Studio currently employs over 400 people and has six international stores under its name. The Headquarter have been based in Karachi while the recent opening was in Dubai. Hassan Sheheryar Yasin have been on the cover of (Pakistan based) Diva Magazine and also was prominent on their Top 10 Faces of the year`s list.  In 2007, Yasin introduced an exclusive Jewelry line under the belt of his brand.
