Malala is the name of the most famous worldwide personality now a days. A 14 years old girl living in the most vulnerable area of Swat is no supposed to raise her voice against any injustice. But Malala not only raised her voice by her writings but also attracted the attention of high authorities towards the miserable condition of female education in her valley. She was awarded by International Children’s Peace Prize and National Youth Peace prize on her courageous demand of female education.

Malala was shot in head and neck in assassination attempt by Talibaan millitants while returning home on 9th October 2012.After passing through critical condition, she is coming on her way back to health now. Recently she has been awarded by Prince Ali Khan, the Chairman of World Peace and Prosperity Foundation at the Cholmondeley Room of the House of Lords on Monday night. The award was received by Deputy High Commissioner of Pakistan on her behalf. Malala is recovering in Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham. Prince Ali Khan said that the purpose of foundation was to recognize tremendous work in various walks of life and to promote world peace and prosperity. Other recipients of award included a Bishop of London, a distinguished British Muslim Psychiatrist, a distinguished Turkish academic and MP, and eight year old Josh Altman, European Chess Bronze medalist.
