It is certainly a high time for conducting a Award show as the Pakistan film industry is making its way to heights of success and it is the right time for us to appreciate and give confidence to our actors, actresses, directors, writers and give them the respect they deserve. Appreciating their work would give us more quality entertainment. In this regard ARY Digital is looking forward to host award show for appreciating the tremendous work from our film makers and their teams in year 2013.
Year 2013 is indeed a year of revival of Pakistani Cinema. In year 2013 we witnessed some outclass movies from Pakistani film makers we witnessed some extra ordinary work from our actors, some extreme quality of music from our musicians and due to their combine efforts we witnessed some great movies. Some of the block buster’s of year 2013 were Waar, the movie broke all times records of Pakistani cinema and hats off to Bilal Lashari and his team for putting up a wonderful show, Main Hoon Shahid Afridi was also a mega block buster, Azadi, Zinda Bhaag etc etc.
These movies really raise the standard of movies and have produced a positive competition in Pakistani movies. With the help of these movies we finally got rid of “Gandasa Culture”. These movies proved to be first drop of rain and now we see quality entertainment raining in Pakistan. These movies and their teams should be given the respect and appreciation which they deserve and it’s a good step by ARY digital to organize an award show to give these super stars more confidence. The awards will be categorized on 3 ways i.e. viewer’s choice, jury , technical category.
