Sources say that iPad 5 is expected to have a screen size of 9.7 inch while the resolution of the screen will remain the same as previous versions.

16/32/64 and 128 GB storage versions of iPad 5 are expected while Retina display will continue to be used in iPad 5.

Operating system will be iOS 7 while 8 Megapixel rear-facing camera will improve the video functions of the device.
