Invest2Innovate is hosting the local edition of Slush Global Impact Accelerator 2016

Invest2Innovate has partnered with Slush for the second time to host the local edition of the Global Impact Accelerator 2016. The event is scheduled to be held on July 29 in Islamabad. The event will provide budding startups with a rich experience and some priceless networking. The winning team of the local event will get to attend the Slush Conference and Impact Accelerator bootcamp in Helsinki, Finland on a fully-funded trip.

The Slush Gobal Impact Accelerator was formed by the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Finland and multiple partners globally. The purpose of the program is to support startups that are looking to solve some of the most pressing global challenges. In 2015, they received over 770 applications in the local events organized by their partner communities. This year they have expanded their reach to include 20 emerging economies. At the end, 40 entrepreneurs will get to attend the final event in Finland to be held from November 22 to December 2, 2016.

The event organized by Invest2Innovate will be a pitching ground for your startup. You will be judged based on your idea and its presentation by group of industry influentials. Even if you don’t win, such events are breeding ground of enthusiastic individuals like yourself. Least of all, you will walk away with knowledge and experience you didn’t have before.
