The premises encompass state-of-the-art technology, high international security standards and safe working conditions for all of its Call Centre (CCD) Operations.

During the launch ceremony Lars Christian Iuel, Chief Executive Officer, Telenor Pakistan said “Being a socially responsible organization, Telenor Pakistan always strives to adhere to global environmental trends. The foundations of this call centre have been laid with resources that are environment friendly and comply with the international Health, Safety, Security and Environment (HSSE) standards.”

The optimum utilization of the systems installed in the Green Field Call Centre will enhance the efficiency of the employees by creating an ambiance that will help in fostering productivity which will translate into delivering better quality services to the customers.

This call centre is yet another milestone for Telenor Pakistan as it achieves high standards of operational excellence and energy efficiency simultaneously. Furthermore, the improved facilities at the new premises have been designed keeping in mind the needs of disabled employees such that they will be able to access the premises and perform their duties seamlessly.
