The service is only available for customers in Karachi at the moment. Abid Beli, the founder of Delivery Walay, assured ProPakistani that his team had a complete business plan to launch the service in other cities.

When can you order a delivery?

Initially, DeliveryWalay is offering 14 hours-a-day (between 10AM to 12AM) 7 days a week while serving approx all areas of Karachi. Also this initiative is promising to provide Business to Business (B2B) packages as per business requirements.

The delivery charges differ depending on where you are located and where the delivery is going to originate. The delivery charges matrix and the corresponding areas are given below.

What does Delivery Walay do differently?

Delivery Walay is offering cash on delivery services, which certainly aren’t anything new but what’s unique is that they return the amount back to the vendor within 3 hours. This is a step up from other services which require you to wait at least 2 weeks before doing so. It doesn’t take much foresight to see how this could be beneficial for cash strapped startups and small businesses.
Another great thing is that you could potentially order a delivery for anything. Whether its your clothes from the tailor, your monthly prescription from the medical store or tickets for the new movie you’re dying to see.
