Vivo V9 Specifications, Price and Launch in Pakistan

The smartphone manufacturer VIVO has released a new phone VIVO V9 on 5^th April,2018. Though this smartphone is not as powerful as the latest monster phones like iPhone X or S9+, it is powerful enough to be included in the flagship phones of the next-gen smartphones.

This mid-range phone supports the Android 8.1(OREO) with its Qualcomm Snapdragon 626 Octa-core system which runs at a clock speed of 2.2GHz and 1.8GHz. It provides a medium storage space of 64GB and 4GB of RAM to support its multifunction capability. The phone can support up to 256GB of microSD card. It portrays HD quality display with a stunning resolution of 1080×2280 pixels and a pixel density of about 400 pixels per inch, meaning a clearer and smoother output. The screen is protected by a high-quality Corning Gorilla 5 glass. The phone graphics are supported by the Adreno 512 built-in graphics processing unit which provides smoother videos and better gameplay.

Weighing just 150g, this phone has a dual 16+5 MP primary back camera. It can record videos up to 2160 and1080p at 30fps. Being a selfie-centered phone, it has a world-leading 24MP front camera to capture your best moments with crystal clear precision. It also has the latest Bluetooth v.4.2. The phone is powered by a 3260 mAh Li-ion battery which provides a long battery life and extended usage time. It also has a light sensor and fingerprint sensor which were absent even in the iPhone X. The beloved audio jack has been thankfully not excluded from the phone.

This phone has the exact same design as iPhone X as many of the phone manufacturers have been copying this design but instead of the glass covered back, the phone body is made of Aluminum and prevents the phone from heating up unlike the iPhone X. It also provides an updated Game Mode so you can block all text or call alerts while playing games or receive them from only a few selected contacts.

Despite its inability to compete with other recently-released phones, it provides a lot of power and technology at a low price of on Rs 38,000. Let’s hope this phone stays up to our expectations and does not show problems like the Note 7 or the iPhone X.
