The Samsung Galaxy S7 is an updated version of the Galaxy S6 . It is equipped with Force Touch and improved Gorilla Glass 5 technology. The Gorilla Glass, coupled with Andreno 530, provides the sharpest, brightest and the most durable display of all time. The screen is a 5.5 inch Super AMOLED Quad HD display. The phone has a longer battery life.

The 12 MP back and 5 MP front cameras are improved, with  faster and sharper focus as compared to S6. The camera now performs better in low light. It comes installed with the latest Android OS and has 4 GB RAM. Another new feature is the return of microSD card for expandable storage. It is weather proof which makes it dust and water resistance.

Samsung galaxy S7 Specifications

The Galaxy S7 was released last year in March 2016. On its release, the phone was priced at Rs. 62,000. The phone is currently the cheapest it’s ever been at a retail price of Rs. 55,999.

Generally the phone got an outstanding positive response from the market. However it has a few cons. Firstly the edged display, while sleek and stylish, does not provide much value. It has caused the phone to fall from customer’s hands due to its glossy design. Customers have also complained about the price being too high but the price has since fallen down and currently it is very reasonable.

There are no revolutionary changes when compared to the S6 but it definitely provides an essential upgrade. The premium build and design is an attractive component that, coupled with its state of the art specifications and functions, makes Samsung Galaxy S7 an outstanding phone for technology lovers
