Reddit Ripple (XRP)

• Ripple manages to persuade a bank to adopt its XRP token. Based in London, Euro Exim Bank will use Ripple’s xRapid service. In the service, international customer payments can be made in XRP. The service will go functional by the end of the first quarter of 2019.
• The CEO SWIFT, Gottfried Leibbrandt and CEO Ripple, Brad Garlinghouse tussle in a debate onstage at the Paris Fintech Forum. The fiery debate goes on about which of the two would exceed in making cross-border payments.

• Justin Sun’s newly launched token BTT based on BitTorrent, raised over $150 million. The first session ended in 13 minutes and 25 seconds, distributing a total of 23.76 billion BTT.  The second session ended in 14 minutes and 41 seconds distributing a total of 35.64 billion BTT.  In total, the ICO sold 59,400,000,000 BTT tokens at $0.00012 a pop, raising a total of $7,128,000.
• In the recent week, Tron received two awards from Golden Finance, which include the Technology Breakthrough Pioneer Award 2018 and Most Influential Public Chain Award. Also 6 of Tron’s DApps made it to Dapp Radar’s top 10 global DApps list.
