Oneplus, a mobile manufacturer that rose to fame with it’s high-end, over-the-top and low-priced smartphones. The Chinese manufacturer surprised the international mobile market, defeating a huge competition with just seven smartphones. Announced to launch in Q2 2018, the Oneplus 6 is expected to be a flagship monster smartphone and at a very low cost, it might even beat Samsung and iPhone. Though rumors put the price at 75,000 rupees, it is also expected to be as low as just 50,000 rupees.

The Oneplus 6 has a body style similar to an iPhone X but it comes with a headphone jack. The phone is run by an Octa-core processor operating at 2.7 and 1.7 GHz. It will support the newest Android 8.1 (OREO). The Phone is run by an Adreno 630 GPU and a Qualcomm SDM845 Snapdragon 845 chipset. The phone comes in two varieties, 256 GB storage with an 8 GB of RAM or 64/128 GB storage with 6 GB of RAM. The amount of expandable memory or SD Card limit, however, is none. It has 5.7″ display with a dazzling resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels and a pixel density of 515 ppi. It also has a dual 16 MP front camera and a stunning 23 MP back camera. The phone is powered by a 3500 mAh battery. It also features a fingerprint sensor (located at the back) and light sensors. The price of the new phone is also expected to undercut the other flagship phones by quite an amount which will turn more heads towards it.

Oneplus has risen to become one of the top mobile manufacturers and if it keeps innovating and pushing out better tech, it will surely beat the tech giants that rule the market with the fame and recognition it has gained in a short time.
